4. Sensitive Information; Confidential Information
You agree not to send us or otherwise disclose any sensitive Personal Information (defined below), such as Social Security numbers, racial or ethnic origin information, political opinions, religious or other beliefs, health, criminal background or trade union membership, or credit card or other payment card information, except when such information is specifically requested, in writing, and is pertinent to your interaction with us.

Indeed, most likely we have done neither.

We use standard organizational, technological and administrative measure to protect Personal Information. Unfortunately, however, no storage system, or data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personally identifiable information, we cannot guarantee its security. 11. Your Choices.

If you no longer want to receive marketing-related emails from us in the future, you may opt-out of receiving these marketing-related emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in any such message. Unfortunately, you cannot opt-out from receiving administrative messages.
