4. Sensitive Information; Confidential Information
You agree not to send us or otherwise disclose any sensitive Personal Information (defined below), such as Social Security numbers, racial or ethnic origin information, political opinions, religious or other beliefs, health, criminal background or trade union membership, or credit card or other payment card information, except when such information is specifically requested, in writing, and is pertinent to your interaction with us.

YOU AGREE TO REVIEW THEIR POLICIES AND PRACTICES, TAKE DUE CARE IN DECIDING WHAT INFORMATION TO DISCLOSE TO AND THROUGH THEM, AND ACCEPT ALL RELATED CONSEQUENCES.

This Privacy Policy does not address, and we are in no way responsible for the privacy, terms of use, or other practices of any third parties, including those linked or otherwise offered through our Website. The inclusion of a link or third party service on our Website does imply any endorsement of said site or service and not mean we have either reviewed or approved such third party’s terms of use, privacy policy or other practices. Indeed, most likely we have done neither.

In addition, we are not responsible for the policies and practices (including those regarding data security, information collection, usage and disclosure policies and practices) of other third party organizations, such as app providers, social media platforms, or wireless service providers. As with third party services linked from or otherwise provided through our Website, you are responsible for reviewing such parties policies and practices, for taking due care in considering what Personal Information to disclose to them, and for the consequences of such disclosure, and of their practices with collecting either your Personal Information or Other Information.

We use standard organizational, technological and administrative measure to protect Personal Information. Unfortunately, however, no storage system, or data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personally identifiable information, we cannot guarantee its security. 11. Your Choices.

If you no longer want to receive marketing-related emails from us in the future, you may opt-out of receiving these marketing-related emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in any such message. However, if you do opt-out of receiving marketing-related emails from us, we may still send you important administrative messages. Unfortunately, you cannot opt-out from receiving administrative messages.

If you now want to update, review, correct, suppress, or otherwise modify Personal Information you have previously submitted, please contact us through our Contact page. For your protection, we may only be able to execute requests regarding Personal Information that’s associated with whatever email address you provide in your request. We may also need to verify your identity prior to executing your request. In any event, we will endeavor to respond to your request in a way that meets your need for timeliness.

Nevertheless, even in cases where we can largely comply with your request, we may need to keep particular information for our record-keeping reasons. Also, residual information may remain within our databases and other records and not be removed or removable.

We request that any one under the age of thirteen (13) not provide Personal Information through the Website.

The Website is primarily controlled and operated by us from California, in the United States. However, the location in which your information is stored or processed may include locations outside of California when, for example, our service providers reside outside of California.
